About Felisha

I’m Felisha Norrington, founder of Resilience + Hope Consulting and a licensed social worker with more than 25 years of experience leading student success, enrollment management, and institutional transformation at Georgia State University, one of the nation’s most recognized institutions for closing equity gaps. I’ve spent my career turning complex institutional challenges into real, lasting change for students. I know what it takes because I’ve done it. Now I help others do the same.

Beyond her consulting work, Felisha volunteers with Call for Caring, Inc. and co-chairs the Atlanta CareNet, an initiative affiliated with the Atlanta Regional Commission focused on caregiver awareness and support.

With Governor Brian Kemp at the Georgia State Capitol, December 2025, in recognition of National Caregivers Month.

In Their Own Words

Resilience + Hope Consulting believes that educational equity begins with access to information. The following feedback is from a recent volunteer presentation delivered to participants in the Teen Experience and Leadership Program (TELP) — a competitive 7-week summer program run by Grady Health System in Atlanta for students aged 14-19 exploring healthcare careers. The session focused on healthcare pathways, educational options, and career planning for the next generation of health professionals.
